Shipping terms

Products are shipped from Sweden to European countries on Mondays-Thursdays, and to non-European countries on Mondays-Tuesdays with the exception for national holidays. Products are normally shipped on dry ice with FedEx. Depending on the country of destination, please allow 1 to 5 days for delivery. Information of the shipment will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped. Tracking of the packages can be done at www.fedex.com.

Order handling and duties

All duties and taxes are to be paid by the shipment recipient. An order handling cost including freight will be added to your invoice according to the list below:

• Sweden: 230SEK
• EU/US/Canada: €80
• Other: €120
